  • Partner with the Office Manager to ensure physical brand updates (signage, office displays, event materials) are delivered smoothly.
  • Liaise with our visual brand agency to oversee updates across all internal brand touchpoints and guidelines.
  • Help plan and deliver internal communications, so all employees are aligned and engaged with the new brand.
  • Provide project management support across multiple workstreams to keep activities on track and deadlines met.
  • Learn to use marketing, planning and project management tools such as , HubSpot, Copilot and AI content creation tools.
  • Work alongside the Brand Experience Director to learn about best practice brand activation in global SaaS markets.
  • Gain exposure to product marketing and go-to-market strategy, understanding how positioning, messaging, and campaigns drive growth.
  • Support editorial management of content, learning how communications calendars and messaging are coordinated across channels.

Why This Is an Exciting Opportunity:

This role offers a rare chance for a graduate to be embedded in a company-wide transformation programme with high visibility across the organisation. You'll gain first-hand experience of how global companies manage brand rollouts, external communications, and internal engagement, all while learning directly from an experienced CMO, the Brand Experience Director, and leading agencies.

You'll gain:

  • External communications experience: Exposure to PR, analyst relations, and customer communications.
  • Internal communications insight: Learn how to align and engage employees during a major transformation.
  • Agency management skills: Hands-on involvement with brand, PR, and analyst agencies.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with IT, HR, and operations on brand implementation across digital and physical environments.
  • Marketing tech skills: Hands-on use of , HubSpot, Copilot, and AI-powered tools to streamline campaigns and workflows.
  • Strategic exposure: See how product marketing and go-to-market strategies are developed and executed.
  • Brand activation knowledge: Learn best practice brand activation directly from the Brand Experience Director.
  • Career foundations: Build the skills and network to grow into a specialist communications, content, product marketing, or brand role.

Behaviours:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
  • A proactive problem solver, able to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Someone eager to learn, with a genuine interest in brand, communications, and reputation.
