Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Baby Room Practitioner to join our nurturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with infants and toddlers. This role involves creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for children while fostering their development through play and educational activities.

Duties

  • Provide high-quality care and supervision for babies and toddlers in the nursery setting.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children and staff.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Assist in managing the baby room, including overseeing daily routines and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support the emotional well-being of children by providing comfort and reassurance as needed.

Skills

  • Experience with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles to support child development.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with parents and colleagues effectively.
