The Role

As a Skilled Panel Beater, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs, ensuring vehicles are restored to manufacturer-approved standards with accuracy and pride.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out structural and cosmetic panel repairs to the highest standard

• Accurately assess damage and plan effective repair strategies

• Ensure perfect panel alignment and finish

• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality

• Contribute to a clean, safe, and organised workspace

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a panel beater within a busy workshop or bodyshop

• Expertise in welding, metal shaping, and refinishing

• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team

• Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ/SVQ Level 3) are desirable
