As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team in Greenwich and help support the efficient running of our warehouse operations.

The Role

Based primarily at our Greenwich and Deptford warehouses, this hands-on role focuses on daily pick, pack, and dispatch operations. You'll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive their products on time, accurately, and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack fragrance oils and scent systems accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and label orders for dispatch, ensuring secure and compliant packaging.
• Receive, check, and store incoming goods in an organised manner.
• Maintain accurate stock levels through regular counts and system updates.
• Support basic product assembly, replenishment, and order preparation tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse at all times.
• Follow company procedures and Health & Safety standards.
• Liaise with the Operations and Logistics teams for order scheduling and stock planning.
• Assist with courier bookings, Goods In/Out documentation, and occasional trade show setups.

Skills & Experience Required **2+ years of warehouse or order fulfilment experience required**

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order handling.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and lifting.
• Proficient with basic computer use (Excel/spreadsheets, data entry, order tracking).
• Familiarity with stock management, goods receipt, and quality control procedures.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a small team.
• Knowledge of warehouse equipment and safe handling practices.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support wider operations.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30

(Some flexibility may be required during busy periods or special projects.)
