Early Years Sales Account Manager – Build Relationships That Matter

Sambourne, Warwickshire

Full-Time | 35 hours per week (rota between 8:00am–5:30pm)

£26,500 base + Commission | Uncapped Earning Potential

We're on the lookout for a confident, people-focused Sales Account Manager to nurture new and existing client relationships, drive revenue growth, and shape the customer journey — from the very first discovery call to long-term support and upselling opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading Zoom discovery calls with prospective clients
  • Matching MBK's services to each client's unique needs
  • Managing a portfolio of clients and building long-term trust
  • Driving sales and renewals through relationship-based selling
  • Supporting CRM and email marketing campaigns
  • Collaborating with our consultants and marketing team to improve impact
  • Suggesting improvements based on client feedback and data

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
  • Knowledge of the early years sector (or a strong interest in it)
  • A confident communicator with a consultative approach
  • Organised, detail-driven, and tech-savvy (CRM, email tools, Zoom, etc.)
  • A genuine interest in helping childcare providers grow and succeed
