Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, as well as the ability to work independently

Duties

  • Perform cleaning tasks in
  • Domestic settings
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a clean environment.
  • Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling protocols are followed.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficiency.
  • Interact with clients and staff in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as needed.

Skills

  • Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
  • Strong customer service skills to address client needs and concerns promptly.
  • Ability to drive may be advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
