What do we want?

We're seeking a compassionate and intuitive Ayurvedic Inspired Spa Therapist to join our spa team at Red Hotels Ltd. You'll deliver a range of treatments rooted in Ayurvedic principles, including massage, body therapies, and wellness rituals. Working in our tranquil spa spaces, you'll help guests reconnect with themselves and nature through personalised, mindful care. This role is ideal for someone who values holistic healing, continuous learning, and creating meaningful guest experiences.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver Ayurvedic-inspired treatments with professionalism and care.

  • Provide personalised wellness experiences tailored to guest needs.

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and guest service.

  • Support the spa team in daily operations and guest interactions.

  • Promote wellness offerings and contribute to a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

  • Stay informed about Ayurvedic practices and spa trends.

  • Uphold health and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Recognised qualification in massage therapy or holistic treatments (Level 3 or equivalent).

  • Experience in Ayurvedic or holistic therapies (desirable).

  • First Aid and safeguarding certification (preferred).

  • Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting.

  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism.

  • Ability to work calmly and effectively in a serene environment.
