Office-based administrative role supporting a busy Sales and Lettings team. Ideal for someone with strong organisation, great communication skills, and experience within a residential estate agency environment.

An established independent Estate and Lettings Agency in South East London are seeking a Sales and Lettings Administrator to support their busy team. This role requires excellent administrative ability, strong communication skills, and confidence working both independently and within a fast-paced team environment.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Supporting the Sales and Lettings team with day-to-day administration
  • Handling customer enquiries and delivering high-quality service
  • Preparing documentation, correspondence, and property particulars
  • Managing diaries, bookings, and general office coordination
  • Updating and maintaining estate agency software
  • Assisting with marketing materials and online property listings
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and work is accurately prioritised 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience in residential estate agency administration (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of property processes and procedures
  • Familiarity with estate agency software
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Professional approach to customer service and team support
