Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Coordinator based in Banff. In this role, you will oversee daily operational tasks, coordinate projects, manage resources effectively, and ensure smooth communication between teams and clients. Additionally, you will provide administrative support, address customer inquiries, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the company's operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide daily progress updates to clients
• Manage shared inboxes and action enquiries promptly
• Track job status and highlight missing details
• Upload photos, notes and data to internal systems
• Support invoicing with accurate records and paperwork checks
• Liaise daily with Contract Managers
What We're Looking For
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence to chase information when required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Package
Hours: 8am–5pm (Mon–Fri)
Holiday: 28 days per year
Pension: Private pension
