About the Role

The Associate Recruiting Senior Specialist – Global Operations is an integral part of Latham's Associate Recruiting team which is responsible for hiring of top talent across all associate-level positions at the firm. This role will drive strategic leadership in recruiting operations and ensure innovative and efficient processes across our global TA platforms and teams.  This role will be located in our London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. 



Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging data analytics to assist with recruitment strategies, enhance candidate experience, and support business growth
  • Implementing cutting-edge recruitment policies and procedures that reflect global best practices
  • Collaborating with global management and cross-functional teams to align team initiatives with strategic business objectives
  • Cultivating strong partnerships with external vendors to enhance recruitment capabilities and drive operational excellence
  • Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for others

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Exhibit well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all organisational levels and lead teams with a customer-service focus, while handling confidential information with discretion
  • Possess advanced organisational skills to manage time, prioritise tasks, handle multiple deadlines, and supervise others to ensure compliance and accuracy, with the ability to perceive complex problems and make sound decisions independently
  • Display a strong understanding of data best practices with proficiency in reporting, analysis, and storytelling
  • Demonstrate experience utilising and managing applicant tracking systems such as interview tools, background check vendors, and assessments to drive global recruitment operational excellence

And have:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in law firm or professional services recruitment, or early career programme management
  • Experience of recruiting operations, preferably
