Manufacturing Operatives
. This team is growing and offers various shift patterns across Permanent and Fixed Term Contract positions.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a high-performing production environment, where you'll receive full training to operate precision industrial machinery. Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll help meet manufacturing targets while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy.
We're looking for practical, hands-on individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, good problem-solving skills, and a positive, proactive approach. You'll be supported with tailored training and cross-skilling opportunities to help accelerate your career development.
- Please note this client does not offer VISA sponsorship, only candidates with full Right to Work in the UK, relevant experience, and a full UK driving license with own vehicle will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of an assigned production team to meet scheduled manufacturing targets and uphold daily operational goals.
- Set up, operate, and monitor a variety of precision industrial machinery (full training provided).
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy by recording, monitoring, and communicating precise technical measurements and production data.
- Accurately update product status through the production control system and complete all required documentation.
- Participate in cross-training initiatives to build broader skills and support flexibility across the tables business unit.
- Actively contribute to problem-solving efforts and support ongoing quality, efficiency, and performance improvements.
Key Criteria:
- Proven hands-on capability with experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with strong practical problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and focus
- Ability to identify issues efficiently and implement effective solutions
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to core values and a consistently positive, proactive attitude
