Key Responsibilities:
- Produce monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow for group entities.
- Take responsibility for month end processes for one of the group entities, investigating P&L variances and ensuring accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations.
- Partner with divisional teams to deliver financial insight that drives business performance.
- Coordinate with the management accounts team to ensure accuracy in intercompany accounting and support group consolidations.
- Contribute to statutory audit preparation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with credit control and, purchase ledger teams, as well as with senior management.

What we're looking for in Skills & Experience
- CIMA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified accountant with strong management accounting experience.
- Proven background in group reporting and intercompany reconciliations.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using Sage 50 (Sage 200 desirable).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills — confident presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
