Roles And Responsibilities
We are looking for a Test Lead with strong team-building skills, proven stakeholder management, and a systems mindset to ensure fragmented project changes result in a coherent user experience.

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing test team.
  • Manage stakeholders including 3rd parties, QT teams, and client resources.
  • Define and drive test strategy across varied technology stacks.
  • Integrate multiple changes into a seamless end-to-end experience.
  • Report test progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
