Opportunity on Offer

Our Hotel Team Members have a key role within the hotel, working as part of a team to provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensure the high standards we are known for are maintained.

As a Hotel Team Member, you will have the opportunity to learn about the broader operations of the hotel as well as building a great colleague network. While you will lead in one area of specialism, you may be asked to provide support across different departments.

The Person

Our Hotel Team Members are dedicated hospitality professionals who enjoy working on their own initiative, demonstrate a flexible approach and can multi-task. Most importantly they do all this with a positive 'can do' attitude and a relentless drive for excellence.

More than experience, it is important to us that our Hotel Team Members bring a natural passion for hospitality that will stand out to guests and colleagues alike. They will become recognised Ambassadors for not only Macdonald Inchyra Hotel but the company as a whole.

Your natural flair for engaging with guests to ensure they feel they are in safe hands will be second to none. Most importantly we are looking for people who enjoy putting smiles on the faces of others.

The Role

You will lead on one area of specialism but may be required to support colleagues in other departments within the hotel as required.

You must be over 18 for this role.

Food & Beverage

· Ensure that all food and beverage areas are clean and ready for service at all times

· Provide an efficient and friendly table, conference or room service to guests

Due to the nature and variety of the role, our Hotel Team Members work shifts including Saturday and/or Sunday. You may be asked if you would like to work additional hours to support the hotel during our busier periods including bank holidays. This would be agreed with our manager.
