Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. All positions are paid, including internships, and provide a chance to develop your career within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

  • Serve drinks and beverages efficiently and courteously to customers at the bar
  • Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments with precision
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
  • Replenish stock and assist in inventory management to ensure smooth operation
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and creating a friendly environment
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations
  • Assist in setting up and closing down the bar at the beginning and end of shifts
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless service experience

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous
  • Strong serving skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Good organisational skills with effective time management abilities
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
  • A personable attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or shifts as required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.21-£13.86 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
