What you'll be doing:
In this role, you'll be owning the largest proportion of the White Rabbit revenue and working with our most strategic customers. You will report directly to our Head of Sales and collaborate with multiple members of the team and our customers to deliver growth through share winning plans. As a leader within the sales team, you will also be passionate about developing the Commercial Executive that you'll be line managing.
What will I be doing you ask?
Own the numbers
: full P/L management (inclusive of all promotional and trade spend) of a range of key grocery accounts, with stretching budgets & KPIs to be delivered and variable and fixed spend management, in line with budgets.
A customer champion
: manage and develop strong relationships with key decision makers at these accounts, working closely with them to understand their needs, develop strategic plans and unlock sales growth.
Commercial savviness:
you know the numbers & what it takes to grow a business profitably. You see a JBP negotiation as a chance to shine, not shy away.
A go getter:
you deliver new business through engaging sells that focus on White Rabbit's strengths & performance within the gluten-free market, as well as the role we play for the customer & gluten free consumer.
A strategic thinker:
you can
develop a strategic plan with confidence, with consideration as to how this fits within the broader business plan for White Rabbit.
A collaborator:
you'll work within dynamic multi-functional teams which include supply chain managers, category manager, brand manager and innovation.

: you'll line manage the commercial executive, coaching them on all things sales.

Job Requirements
We're seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years experience in sales, ideally within a fast-paced challenger brand or FMCG environment.
A proven record of delivering outstanding business results and exceeding targets.
Ability to negotiate commercially on JBPs, promotional plans, NPD listings with experience doing so with top 4 grocery retailers.
A clear understanding of how to develop strategic customer plans and build strong relationships internally and externally in order to execute.
Succinct and creative presentation of data through excel and powerpoint.
Time management & effective prioritisation to balance growing existing customers and winning new business.
Strong communication with all levels of stakeholders (internally & externally).
Demonstrate a passion for continuous improvement and natural growth mindset.
A team player with a collaborative mindset, and ability to line manage effectively.
Successful examples of leadership in their business or personal life.
