Senior IT Manager – 4x a week onsite – London - £95-110,000 + Benefits

A proven and experienced Senior IT Manager is sought to join a global healthcare company, taking responsibility for the oversight of enterprise and internal strategic IT initiatives. You will play a critical role in ensuring the company's IT environment is robust, secure, and scalable, supporting its continued growth.

The Senior IT Manager will bring strong stakeholder management skills and extensive experience in IT infrastructure and architecture, with the ability to own and develop the international technical roadmap across infrastructure, network, endpoint, and security services.

You will lead multiple projects and enterprise-wide IT initiatives from inception to completion, including mergers and acquisition due diligence and complex technology implementations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing and securing enterprise platforms, with specific expertise in M365, Active Directory, Entra, Intune, and Copilot.

Experience working in multi-national corporations is highly desirable. Spanish, Portuguese, or Mandarin language skills will be advantageous.
