Due to continued growth, our Property Division is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our award-winning team. With over 30 years' experience in designing and assessing structures across projects valued at over £100m, this is your opportunity to make an impact on some of the UK's most exciting developments.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be working as part of an ambitious, growing team delivering hands-on structural design for a wide variety of projects – from mixed-use high-rise developments to huge distribution warehouses. Every day will bring fresh challenges, technical variety, and the chance to shape the skylines and spaces of tomorrow.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for an experienced and driven Senior Engineer who is ready to play a key role in our success. You will:

• Be technically strong, confident in collaborating with internal teams, external design partners, and clients.
• Hold a degree in Civil Engineering (Structures) or equivalent qualifications/experience.
• Bring proven experience producing structural calculations and designs across a range of projects, sectors, and materials.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of current codes of practice, working with all major construction materials.
• Be comfortable with both hand calculations and spreadsheets, as well as modern 3D modelling design software.
• Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear, practical, and economic design sketches for technicians.
• Share our core values and have the drive to continually improve our service and team efficiency.
