Up to £40,000 (DOE) + up to £15,000 pa Bonus

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement a growth plan to acquire and retain SMB clients, continuously monitoring and adjusting strategies to exceed sales targets.
  • Lead proactive outreach through cold calling, referrals, networking, and more to bring in new business. You'll hit your targets by identifying new leads and building strong client relationships.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring each interaction is personalised and aligned with Newcross standards. Build trust with decision-makers and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Stay informed on healthcare trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine outreach strategies. Use CRM insights to drive targeted engagement.
  • Schedule meetings, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals by effectively addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client transitions and service delivery. Provide feedback to shape the company's approach and improve service quality.
  • Focus on personal growth and share best practices with colleagues. Continuously refine strategies and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong Sales Experience with a focus on acquiring SMB clients and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Proficient in qualifying leads and closing deals.
  • Driven to exceed sales targets in a results-oriented environment.
  • A strong grasp of compliance and value communication.
  • Skilled in building relationships with decision-makers, influencing outcomes, and meeting client needs.
  • Confident in negotiating and overcoming objections to close deals.
