Your Role
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor – Night Shifts, you'll play a key role in supporting customers across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer queries via phone, email, and live chat with warmth and professionalism.
  • Providing accurate account support and maintaining precise records.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex queries efficiently.
  • Escalating sensitive issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and compliance.
  • Staying up-to-date with promotions, procedures, and product knowledge.
  • Working fixed night shifts, including weekends, after on-site training.
  • Supporting your team by sharing best practices and fostering a positive work culture.
