Your Role
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor – Night Shifts, you'll play a key role in supporting customers across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound customer queries via phone, email, and live chat with warmth and professionalism.
- Providing accurate account support and maintaining precise records.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex queries efficiently.
- Escalating sensitive issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and compliance.
- Staying up-to-date with promotions, procedures, and product knowledge.
- Working fixed night shifts, including weekends, after on-site training.
- Supporting your team by sharing best practices and fostering a positive work culture.
