Full time, Permanent, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday salary £35,000 to £40,000 per annum dependant upon experience.

About the role:

Due to exceptional growth within the business we are looking to hire multiple teams of joiners and multi skilled operatives to work Nationally.

As a Joiner/Multi Skilled Operative with Leith Facilities Limited, you will be working in a team undertaking high standards of Multi Trade repairs and refurbishments within Council asset, private residential properties, healthcare facilities and others as required.

A Joiner/Multi Skilled Operative's main duties will be working closely with our Managing Directors to ensure standards, time frames and budgets are met. As a Joiner/Multi Skilled Operative you will be plumbing, plastering, completing joinery works and painting and decorating where needed within the properties; kitchen and bathroom fitting will also be a part of this role. You will be able to find faults and spot any issues which may not appear on original works. You will be able to act professional when with our clients and stakeholders, you will also be required to collect materials from suppliers when required.

Role criteria:

· Experience working in healthcare settings is preferred

· Experience in Joinery is preferred as well as plumbing, plastering, tiling and painting

· General maintenance and DIY knowledge

· Excellent communication

· Ability to work as a team, as well as alone is a must
