We are currently seeking a energetic and experienced Senior Bartender to join our vibrant bar team. As the Senior Bartender,you will play a central role in crafting exceptional cocktails,overseeing the bar area,and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. If you have a passion for mixology,strong leadership skills,and a commitment to delivering outstanding beverage experiences,we invite you to be a key influencer at our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails and beverages.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar,ensuring adherence to quality and service standards.
  • Lead and inspire the bar team,providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute seasonal drink menus and promotions.
  • Monitor inventory levels,order supplies,and maintain the freshness of ingredients.
  • Ensure efficient bar workflows and maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Bartender or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong mixology skills and a track record of creating innovative and well-balanced cocktails.
  • Exceptional organizational,communication,and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage tasks.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
