We are on the look out for a sports coach to deliver sessions at our primary schools - Monday to Friday. Sessions will consist of a range of sports. All relevant training will be provided.

We are one of the UK's leading sports and dancing coaching organizations. With over 12 years experience and an innovative approach to sports coaching we have been able to sustain a motivated team delivering outstanding coaching sessions, working with over 35,000 children in over 150 schools per week.

Due to continued growth and success we are now recruiting for experienced 'Sports Coaches' to join the team. We are seeking individuals to provide one to one coaching and group support for children with an enthusiastic approach.

The positions would suit an experienced coach or an individual who is looking to extend their experience of sports coaching in a Primary School setting. We are passionate about the quality of our coaching and these are important roles within our business.

Role includes:

  • Supporting and coordinating the delivery of sports coaching sessions in Primary Schools
  • Delivery of sessions in a variety of school settings
  • Reinforcing learning and behaviour routines
  • Encouraging full integration into class activities
  • Provide a fun and safe learning environment for all children
  • Provide excellent customer service to both schools and parents

To be considered for this role you should have:

  • At least 1 NGB Level 2 coaching certificate (essential)
  • Confident classroom/ group management (desirable)
  • Be friendly and approachable with a 'can do' attitude (desirable)
  • A solid team player (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Safeguarding and safe practice (desirable)
  • Creativity and imagination (essential)
  • Planning and organisational skills (desirable)
  • Able to pass an enhanced DBS check (essential)
  • The ability to work with children and schools to achieve positive outcomes (desirable)
  • Full driving license and vehicle (essential)

Roles are available in a variety of schools across the East London area so upon application please specify preferred location.

Due to the size of our business, we are able to offer both full time (32 hour min contract) and part time roles, year contracts and term time only contracts. You will have the opportunity to earn overtime and bonuses of up to £10,000 p/a. We alsowill be able to offer you on-the-job training and ongoing qualifications to help you further your career and enhance your coaching knowledge. Over the years we have employed many inexperienced sports coaches and given them a variety of sports qualifications and coaching knowledge, which has enabled them to fulfil their goal of becoming teachers and attaining places on competitive P.G.C.E. P.E courses.
