Join Adept Corporate Services as a Relief Security Officer and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of a prime office location in Manchester City. This position requires a vigilant individual dedicated to creating a secure and safe environment across key locations.

Key Duties:

• Front of house - reception
• Premises Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols and surveillance to prevent and respond to incidents.
• Customer Service: Assist and direct customers, providing a safe and welcoming environment.
• Access Control: Manage and monitor access points to prevent unauthorised entry.
• Incident Response: Efficiently handle emergencies and disturbances, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Reporting: Accurately record daily activities and incidents and produce detailed reports.

• Professional Appearance: Must maintain a smart and professional appearance at all times.
• Vigilance: Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to security.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with the public.
• CCTV Proficiency: Experienced in operating CCTV systems is highly advantageous.
• Safety Awareness: A strong focus on safety and risk management.
• Qualifications: Required to hold a current Door Supervisor SIA licence.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

• First Aid Certification (preferred)
• SIA Guarding License (required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol premises and maintain general security
• Responding to alarms and investigate disturbances
• Provide excellent customer services, working as brand ambassadors on the estate to help members of the public with any queries
• Log all incidents and activities
• Handling telephone calls
• Reporting maintenance/health and safety issues
• Liaising with police officers and local authorities
