What You'll Do

  • Speak with customers who've already shown interest — no cold calling.
  • Build tailored solar solutions using our CRM (full training provided).
  • Take ownership of your pipeline and close deals with confidence.
  • Use exclusive discounts and offers to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Work alongside a driven sales team where learning never stops.

What We're Looking For

We want people who are hungry for success and love sales. You'll be trusted to deliver without micromanagement, but supported to grow every step of the way. To thrive here, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of telesales or sales experience.
  • A strong track record of hitting targets.
  • Drive to exceed goals and earn high commission.
  • A competitive, ambitious mindset with a passion for sales.
  • Team spirit and a positive, can-do attitude.
