Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Maintenance professional to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that all facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and efficient environment for all staff and Residents . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance, with expertise in general repairs and Decorating
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues where possible , reporting issues that need expert knowledge
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintaining and repairing all areas of the Care Home within capability
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance roles
- Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
