Join Apple's Services team to lead Subscriber Growth, Commercial and GTM for Apple TV in International (all markets ex. US). You will be reporting to the International TV leader and will be responsible for driving growth and maximising lifetime value for Apple TV.

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven individual, with a true passion for the media and entertainment industry, to drive revenue and subscriber growth across all International markets for Apple TV . You need to have demonstrable experience in leading growth for a major SVOD service across multiple regions, driving subscriber growth, managing churn, developing and prioritising commercial initiatives and coordinating GTM efforts in order to maximise ROI.

You will be leading a team of experts and working across over 100 markets managing the subscriber growth, commercial and go to market strategy. You will work closely with the TV Leads and Business Managers in local regions who are responsible for the day to day management of Apple TV. You will also partner with Global and International x-functional teams including Global Subscriber Growth, Global Commercial, Business Development and Marketing to develop innovative models to adapt to the needs and opportunities in each region.

The role requires a highly motivated, collaborative and experienced team player with great attention to detail who is able to work across varied functions and teams. Someone who is creative yet analytical, an innovative problem solver who is naturally curious. You must also be a strong leader who can motivate, inspire and galvanise teams, setting a clear vision and mobilising teams to a common goal.

Description
- Lead the subscriber growth, commercial and GTM function for Apple TV across International, working across over 100 countries worldwide (outside the US).
- Define regional growth strategies and tactics, whilst ensuring alignment with global objectives and positioning.
- Work with the TV Leads for each country / region to optimise subscriber growth, revenue growth and LTV in each market.
- Create new commercial opportunities for the TV business in International, including emerging business models, distribution opportunities and strategic partnerships, adapting to the unique needs and opportunities in each geo.
- Partner with Business Development and local market leads to identify and assess new opportunities to expand our reach and awareness.
- Work with BD and local teams to optimise engagement across our partnerships in market to ensure we have healthy, engaged subscribers across all channels, as well as creating and sharing best-practice playbooks.
- Working with the Title Marketing, Growth Marketing and Media teams, lead the GTM strategy and prioritisation for TV in International, defining clear strategies and plans by region.

Minimum Qualifications
Significant experience and in leadership positions in media & entertainment industry of which the majority leading a Commercial function at an SVOD / subscription service, driving growth and managing churn
Proven experience of working on the end-to-end subscription funnel at an SVOD or Pay TV business, optimising to drive uptake, retention and LTV
A deep industry knowledge across International markets of media entertainment key players (OTT, Pay TV etc.) and industry trends
Ability to develop, size and prioritise business cases of new initiatives for business growth and pitch confidently to senior executives
A strong understanding of the value and dynamic content plays across windows, rights and value proposition
A strong and experienced team leader (leader of leaders) who can drive a happy, high performing team (both Direct and Indirect) to achieve exceptional results.

Preferred Qualifications
A natural presenter who can also quickly distill information and summarise to the key important points
Data-oriented with the ability to understand key information that is needed to spot trends, identify issues, make key decisions.
Experience of working across multiple markets with an appreciation of working with different cultures
An exceptional collaborator, who can engage and influence across the organisation to make ideas happen
