岗位职责
- 员工关系管理(Employee Relations)
处理员工人事相关咨询,提供政策解释与合规建议。
协助推进员工绩效改善(PIP)、纪律处分(Disciplinary)与申诉(Grievance)流程。
协助推动员工沟通、团队文化与员工关怀活动。
- 薪酬、假期与福利管理(Payroll & Benefits Administration)
整理并核对考勤、假期、加班及薪酬变更数据,与财务或外部薪酬服务商对接。
维护英国本地福利计划(养老金、医疗保险、工伤及其他员工福利)。
跟进病假(SSP)、法定假期(SMP/SPL/SHPP 等)相关流程。
- 人事行政与数据维护(HR Administration)
维护员工档案、劳动合同、任命文件及相关人事系统(HRIS)。
定期准备各类 HR 报表,包括人数、离职率、假期余额、出勤数据等。
管理人力资源文档归档、更新政策文件并确保信息准确。
- 合规与劳动法规执行(HR Compliance)
确保所有人事流程符合英国劳动法(UK Employment Law)及健康安全要求。
负责 Right-to-Work 检查,确保移民和雇佣合规。
熟悉英国签证政策(如 Skilled Worker Visa、Graduate Visa 等),协助处理签证相关文件准备和内部流程管理。
确保 GDPR 数据保护要求的执行与记录管理。
- 培训与员工发展支持(Learning & Development)
协助组织内部培训(合规培训、新员工基础培训、健康安全培训等)。
跟踪培训参与情况,维护培训记录及证书管理。
任职要求
人力资源、工商管理或相关领域学历。
CIPD Level 3 或以上者优先。
2–5 年英国本地 HR 工作经验。
熟悉 UK Employment Law、GDPR 及常见人事流程。
有跨国企业或多文化团队经验者优先。
具备严谨的执行力与数据管理能力。
熟悉英国劳动法、HR 实务流程及英国签证政策。
Job Description Responsible for the company's daily human resources operations and administrative management in the UK, including employee relations, payroll and benefits support, HR data management, compliance execution, training coordination, etc. Must be familiar with UK employment laws and visa policies, and able to work independently in a multicultural team.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations Management Handle employee HR-related inquiries, provide policy explanations and compliance advice. Assist in advancing employee performance improvement plans (PIP), disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Support employee communication, team culture building, and employee engagement activities.
Payroll, Leave & Benefits Administration Compile and verify attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll change data; liaise with finance or external payroll providers. Maintain local UK benefits plans (pension, private medical insurance, occupational injury, and other employee benefits). Follow up on sick leave (SSP), statutory maternity/paternity/shared parental pay (SMP/SPL/ShPP, etc.) processes.
HR Administration and Data Maintenance Maintain employee files, employment contracts, appointment letters, and related HR systems (HRIS). Regularly prepare various HR reports, including headcount, turnover rates, leave balances, attendance data, etc. Manage HR document archiving, update policy files, and ensure information accuracy.
HR Compliance and Employment Law Execution Ensure all HR processes comply with UK Employment Law and health & safety requirements. Conduct Right-to-Work checks to ensure immigration and employment compliance. Familiar with UK visa policies (e.g., Skilled Worker Visa, Graduate Visa, etc.), assist in preparing visa-related documents and managing internal processes. Ensure compliance with GDPR data protection requirements and record management.
Training and Employee Development Support (Learning & Development) Assist in organizing internal training (compliance training, new employee onboarding, health & safety training, etc.). Track training participation, maintain training records and certificate management.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
CIPD Level 3 or above qualification preferred.
2–5 years of HR experience in the UK.
Familiar with UK Employment Law, GDPR, and common HR processes.
Experience in multinational companies or multicultural teams preferred.
Strong execution skills and data management capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of UK employment law, HR practical processes, and UK visa policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
