Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and personable Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty. This role involves providing customised beauty treatments, including makeup application, in a welcoming environment. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop their skills within a dynamic and supportive setting, delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of beauty treatments, with a focus on professional makeup application tailored to individual client needs
  • Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable beauty services and products
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas
  • Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
  • Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and client preferences
  • Promote retail products where appropriate to enhance client experience and business growth
  • must have sales experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience or training in makeup application and other beauty therapy services
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
  • Organised, attentive to detail, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continually improve skills and knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.00 per hour
