Beauty Therapist (Negotiable part or full time hours)

Are you a passionate and experienced beauty therapist ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a Beauty Therapist to join our expert team and help deliver exceptional results to our loyal client base.

In this role, you'll offer a wide range of advanced beauty and skincare treatments, guiding clients toward their skin and beauty goals and helping them feel their absolute best. With over 26 years of trusted brand presence, Zen has built a reputation for excellence in both results and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a full range of professional beauty treatments, including massage, body therapies, facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and brow services
  • Conduct personalised consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and homecare
  • Ensure consistently high standards of service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Build long-lasting relationships through outstanding customer care
  • Contribute to salon performance by achieving service and retail targets
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment
  • Promote and upsell retail products and treatment packages

Requirements

  • Proven salon experience offering a wide range of beauty treatments (minimum 2 years)
  • Exceptional communication and consultation skills
  • A strong focus on customer service and client care
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively
  • A warm, professional attitude and passion for beauty therapy
  • Ability to commit to working evening and Saturday shifts
