Salary: OTE £50k per annum (negotiable based on experience, ability and qualifications)

We are seeking an experienced residential Lettings Manager to help launch and develop the lettings division for an expanding property company / estate agency in the Ascot area. This is a strategic appointment with strong career development and possible ownership opportunities.

An expanding property company is setting up a new lettings division in Ascot and is seeking an experienced, proactive Lettings Manager to lead, grow and develop the department.

This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the service offering from the ground up, drive new business, and build strong long-term relationships within the local market.

You will work autonomously while also developing a successful team and ensuring a high-quality client experience. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Launching and developing the company's new lettings division in Ascot
  • Conducting market appraisals and winning new lettings instructions
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Driving business growth and meeting department targets
  • Managing, motivating and developing team members
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and compliance standards
  • Overseeing the full lettings process from valuation to move-in
  • Representing the company within the local market and community 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous lettings experience at managerial level
  • Proven success in valuations and securing instructions
  • Ability to operate both independently and as a team leader
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High standard of customer care and professionalism
  • Confident, motivated and business-minded approach
  • ARLA qualified (advantage but not essential)
  • Knowledge of Ascot and surrounding areas (beneficial)
  • Full UK driving licence
