We are one of the largest and most experienced pure pensions teams in the UK and highly regarded by our clients - this provides our associates with a broad variety of work. We also work together with pensions, tax, investment and employment colleagues across our global network.Our clients include pension fund trustees and sponsoring employers and, more unusually, those responsible for managing local government pension funds. We advise in relation to ongoing pensions schemes and those entering their end game (typically buy-ins/outs for DB schemes and bulk transfer for DC schemes) and increasingly in relation to master trusts and other new pension arrangements.We have the support of three dedicated professional support lawyers and actively participate in the work of industry bodies such as the Association of Pensions Lawyers (APL) and the Society of Pensions Professionals (SPP).
