Experienced Café Barista – Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Barista to join our café team. Our shop serves freshly made coffee, pastries, sandwiches, and light lunches. The ideal candidate will have a passion for great coffee, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks using freshly ground coffee beans.
- Create cold beverages, including fresh juices and blended drinks.
- Take and process customer orders efficiently while providing friendly, professional service.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
- Keep the café clean and organized, including the counter, coffee machine, and preparation areas.
- Assist in stocking and maintaining displays to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of barista experience in a busy café environment.
- Proven ability to make high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages.
- Fluent English communication skills – both spoken and written.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a fast-paced team setting.
