The Role

You'll leverage your existing expertise while transitioning into a leadership position:

Phase 1 (Months 1-12): Integration & Systems

• Work hands-on on installations alongside any existing teams

• Take ownership of customer relationships from quote to completion

• Learn our systems, processes, and operational approach

• Build relationships with our supplier network

• Apply your experience to refine and improve how we work

Phase 2 (Year 2+): Operations Leadership

• Lead as Head of Operations overseeing multiple concurrent projects

• Build, train, and manage teams of skilled fitters and tradespeople

• Drive quality standards and operational excellence across all jobs

• Scale the business while maintaining the craftsmanship standards you're known for

Key Responsibilities

• Be the face of the company – the expert customers trust and rely on

• Manage kitchen and bathroom installations from survey through to completion

• Ensure every installation meets the high standards you'd expect on your own work

• Lead and develop teams of tradespeople as we scale

• Use your years of experience to optimize our processes and workflows

• Maintain exceptional customer service and resolve any on-site challenges

• Partner on business strategy and growth decisions

Who You Are

Your Background:

• 5+ years minimum as a kitchen fitter, bathroom fitter, or builder in London

• Strong technical knowledge across installations, plumbing, electrics, carpentry

• You've seen enough jobs to handle anything that comes up

• Track record of quality work and customer satisfaction
