Head Builder & Operations Partner - Kitchen & Home Renovation Business
About the Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced kitchen fitter or builder to step into a leadership role with genuine ownership in a high-growth kitchen and home renovation business
This is a partnership opportunity for someone who's spent years on the tools or leading construction projects and is ready to build something bigger than just trading time for money
If you've been fitting kitchens or managing installations for years and know you're capable of more – but don't have the marketing systems, lead flow, or back-office infrastructure to scale your own business – this is your opportunity
Our vision is to build an eight-figure kitchen and home renovation business, expanding into broader construction and home improvement sectors
We have the infrastructure, marketing engine, and operational frameworks in place – we need the right partner who knows the trade inside-out to lead execution and become the face of the company
What's Already Established
Brand with significant online exposure across London and proven digital presence
Consistent flow of quality leads through established marketing systems
Comprehensive project management software and operational infrastructure
Full administrative support including HR, payroll, and hiring systems
Growth capital and customer acquisition strategies in place
The Role
You'll leverage your existing expertise while transitioning into a leadership position:
Phase 1 (Months 1-12): Integration & Systems
Work hands-on on installations alongside any existing teams
Take ownership of customer relationships from quote to completion
Learn our systems, processes, and operational approach
Build relationships with our supplier network
Apply your experience to refine and improve how we work
Phase 2 (Year 2+): Operations Leadership
Lead as Head of Operations overseeing multiple concurrent projects
Build, train, and manage teams of skilled fitters and tradespeople
Drive quality standards and operational excellence across all jobs
Scale the business while maintaining the craftsmanship standards you're known for
Key Responsibilities
Be the face of the company – the expert customers trust and rely on
Manage kitchen and bathroom installations from survey through to completion
Ensure every installation meets the high standards you'd expect on your own work
Lead and develop teams of tradespeople as we scale
Use your years of experience to optimize our processes and workflows
Maintain exceptional customer service and resolve any on-site challenges
Partner on business strategy and growth decisions
Who You Are
Your Background:
5+ years minimum as a kitchen fitter, bathroom fitter, or builder in London
Strong technical knowledge across installations, plumbing, electrics, carpentry
You've seen enough jobs to handle anything that comes up
Track record of quality work and customer satisfaction
What Drives You:
You're tired of just earning a day rate with no equity in what you're building
You want to leverage your skills and reputation for something bigger
You're ready to lead teams, not just work solo
You understand that great customer service is as important as quality fitting
You're digitally aware enough to appreciate systems and processes
You're loyal and want to build something long-term, not just another job
Essential:
You must be willing to work hands-on during the integration phase
This isn't about being too senior to get on the tools – it's about understanding how we operate before scaling the team
What You'll Earn
Significant equity stake: Real ownership in a growing business
Base salary: Competitive compensation from day one (salary discussion during interview)
Partnership growth: Your income and equity value grow as the business scales
Long-term wealth: Build a business you own, not just collect a wage
Why This Opportunity Exists
You've probably thought about going out on your own. Maybe you've even tried it
The problem isn't your skills – you know you're good at what you do
The problem is everything else: finding customers consistently, managing admin, chasing payments, handling marketing, scaling beyond yourself
We've solved those problems. We have:
Proven lead generation bringing in quality jobs across London
Established brand with strong online presence
All the back-office systems (CRM, project management, accounting, HR)
Growth capital to scale properly
What we need:
Someone who knows the trade inside-out, can deliver exceptional installations, and is ready to build and lead teams
Someone who wants genuine ownership in something they're building, not just another job
Your years of experience finally get the platform they deserve – backed by real marketing, real systems, and real growth potential
Location: London-based projects (coverage across Greater London)
If you're an experienced fitter or builder who's ready to step up and build something significant, let's talk.
