We're seeking a passionate and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our dementia-friendly 39 bed care home for older people in Crowborough. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a well-supported, resident-focused environment.

As the manager of Woodlands, part of a respected not-for-profit housing association, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.

What you'll do

  • Lead, manage and support a dedicated team

  • Ensure residents receive outstanding person-centred care

  • Maintain compliance with CQC and other regulatory bodies

  • Foster a positive, inclusive culture for staff and residents

  • Manage budgets, staffing, and operational performance

Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience managing a care home, ideally with dementia care (at least 2 years experience in a similar role)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of care regulations and standards
  • A commitment to quality, dignity, and resident wellbeing
Employment Details
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Pay: £44,000 - £49,000 (depending on experience) Annually
