Step into a Key Technical Role Based in Oxfordshire
Our client is seeking a Software Configuration Specialist to join their growing technical support function. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring systems are correctly set up and perform reliably from the very beginning. You will be working behind the scenes to support seamless installations and help internal teams deliver consistently high service levels.

About You

You will get to:
- Strong Background using Linux Operating systems (Home Lab setups a bonus)
- Extensive usage of SIP/VOIP and Telco systems
- Build on your experience working with technical teams or managing configurations in a digital or hardware setting
- Develop your troubleshooting skills and play an active part in improving how things are done
- Work on projects that support both internal and customer facing outcomes
