Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced eyelash artist to join our naturalistic lash and brow studio in East London. The ideal candidate must hold relevant qualifications and have a minimum of one year of professional experience working in a London salons, with proficiency in classic eyelash extensions, Japanese eyelash extensions (not essential), lash lifts. Brow lamination tint and shape skill is desirable but not essential.

Duties

  • Perform customised Natural looking Eyelash extensions, Lash lifts independently (Japanese feathering training will be provided)
  • Eyebrow treatments: Lamination, tint an shape (not essential)
  • Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide expert advice on lash styling options
  • Maintain a clean, organised workspace following health and safety regulations
  • Ensure all tools and products are sterilised and properly stored after each treatment
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback professionally

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in classic eyelash extensions (only), lash lifts. We do not provide Russian volume or any other volume techniques. If you only do volume, please do not apply for this job.
  • Eyebrow lamination tint and shape (not essential)
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
  • Previous experience in London salons applying their skills is essential

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
