Production Cell Manager
to join our
Operations Production
based at our
Bishops Cleeve
site. As a member of the Production Management Team you'll be responsible for the planning, organisation and direction of the manufacturing cell teams to ensure business objectives, production and customer service targets are met.

What will you be doing?
You'll lead a small team and work alongside other Cell Managers, taking responsibility for planning and scheduling work, ensuring KPIs and performance metrics are monitored, managed and achieved and take ownership for achieving the results needed, regularly reporting and reviewing performance against targets. You'll drive, maintain and monitor business efficiency identifying and resolving problems effectively through RCCA while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

What will you need to know?

You'll already have some demonstrable experience of leading and developing a team within a fast-moving lean manufacturing/engineering environment, ideally aerospace. You'll have strong planning and organisational skills and be able to multi-task and prioritise your workload and be used to using ERP and business IT systems to produce quality performance information and reports. You'll need to be confident, a strong communicator and happy working in a changing and demanding role whilst interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
