, we are now seeking a
Senior / Master Technician
to join our highly skilled Aftersales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician who takes pride in diagnostic excellence, first-time fixes, and mentoring others, and who wants to be rewarded properly for their expertise.

The Role

As a Senior / Master Technician, you will play a key role in the technical capability and standards of the workshop, working across a broad mix of manufacturers and vehicle technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advanced diagnostics and fault-finding across petrol, diesel, hybrid and EV vehicles
  • Carrying out complex mechanical and electrical repairs to a high standard
  • Supporting and mentoring technicians and apprentices where required
  • Ensuring jobs are completed right first time, safely and efficiently
  • Working closely with Service Advisors to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Maintaining manufacturer-level quality standards in an all-makes environment

What We're Looking For

  • Fully qualified
    Senior or Master Technician
    (IMI / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Strong diagnostic capability and technical confidence across multiple brands
  • MOT Tester qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • EV / Hybrid training advantageous
  • A professional, team-focused approach with pride in workmanship
