Field Service Coordinator

As a Field Service Coordinator, you'll organise and schedule installations and deployments and your focus on attention to detail and efficiency will help not only meet but exceed customer expectations. 

Key elements of the role include:  

  • Manage deployment, installation, and validation of Teletrac Navman solutions for new and existing customers, ensuring quality and adherence to standards. 
  • Coordinate and schedule installation and service work with internal teams, external contractors, and field technicians.
  • Handle work orders, customer requirements, and maintain professional communication with installers, contractors, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong, customer-focused relationships while addressing and resolving escalated service requests efficiently.
  • Support Global Service Delivery with service tasks, including RMA repairs, billing, and vendor purchase order management.
  • Monitor installation schedules, manage multi-location deployments, and identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
     

What we're looking for: 

  • Experience managing deployment projects and installation projects, and coordinating multiple resources in a technology or service delivery environment. 
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and vendor coordination skills, including managing work orders, RMAs and billing processes. 
  • Excellent communication and relationship management with installers, contractors, customers, and internal teams. 
  • Proactive problem-solving with the ability to identify, escalate, and resolve issues efficiently. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, meeting KPIs and SLAs. 
  • Familiarity with fleet management or GPS technology is a plus
