Sales Assistant/Administrator

Wise Agriculture Ltd are a family run business based near Richmond, North Yorkshire. We are looking to add a new member to our team.
The Role: Part time Sales Assistant/Administrator
Sales Assistant: to assist with the sales process through to after sales follow up.
-Answer incoming calls
-Email out quote templates
-Draw up and send out invoices
-Follow up late payments
-Book delivery for outgoing goods and communicate with customer
-30 day follow up calls to complete sales process
-Data entry in to CRM program
Administration: to assist the directors with day to day tasks of running the business.
-Book keeping (Quickbooks)
-Order parts and supplies
-Basic business record keeping
The Candidate
Good IT skills.
Good at communicating – customer facing experience a must (within the ag industry a benefit).
Experience with accounting software
Experience with a CRM programme (eg Pipedrive) a benefit
The job
14-20 hours/week split over 2-3 days (can be flexible around child care)
Office based – no remote working
Remuneration: £13.00/hour
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Richmond DL11 7AF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- customer service/sales: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- drivers license (required)
