Job Responsibilities

You'll keep the Flannery fleet running safely and efficiently on the Sizewell project-diagnosing faults, carrying out planned maintenance and reactive repairs on a wide range of plant: excavators, dozers, dumpers, rollers, telehandlers, compaction equipment, and ancillary attachments.

Qualifications

  • Time-served Plant Fitter/Construction/Heavy Plant Mechanic (NVQ/SVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
  • Strong diagnostics across hydraulics, diesel engines and auto-electrics.
  • Experience on mixed heavy plant (Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Bomag, JCB or similar).
  • CSCS/CPCS/MPQC (or willingness to obtain).
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to work shifts/occasional call-out; ability to obtain site/security clearances as required.
