Production Shift Manager
to join our growing team and help drive excellence in safety, quality, and performance across our manufacturing operations.

About the Role

As a key member of the operations team, you'll be responsible for organising and coordinating daily production activities to ensure the safe and efficient manufacture of high-quality products. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll lead by example, driving a culture of
continuous improvement
, teamwork, and accountability.

You'll take ownership of shift performance, supporting Production Supervisors and Operators to meet KPIs, maintain product standards, and foster a strong health, safety, and food quality culture on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate production teams to achieve output, quality, and safety targets in line with company standards and budgets.
  • Manage production planning and resource allocation to deliver against daily and weekly production targets.
  • Support the Operations Manager with continuous improvement initiatives, identifying root causes and preventing reoccurring issues.
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering, QA, HR, and other departments to resolve issues and enhance operational performance.
  • Support NPD trials, hygiene audits, and site inspections as required.
