Our client has a compelling story and has built a strong reputation within the industry, offering excellent products to the market that are known for their high quality and great taste.

As Production Manager, you will oversee daily production activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the site. This role focuses on both people and processes. You will need to be an effective leader who can guide your team, providing mentorship and coaching where required. You will set the standard as the leading example and driving force in promoting Operational Excellence across the site, while embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

You will be accountable for ensuring compliance with food safety standards, maintaining health and safety protocols, and achieving all KPIs across the site.

To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience at the production manager level within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry. You should be pragmatic and passionate, with a proactive, hands-on approach.
