We now have an exciting and new opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our team. We're not just looking for an administrator; we're searching for a confident and influential communicator to become an integral part of our Landscaping Marketing team. You will ensure the integrity of the Marshalls Accredited Members Scheme. This UK-wide program vets and accredits our installers to guarantee high quality installation and builds customer confidence in using Marshalls. You will manage the full member lifecycle, coordinating smooth onboarding and offboarding, as well as overseeing essential financial tasks like fee collection. You will champion our product portfolio by providing vital support for all Product Launches internally to our people and externally to customers. You will also partner directly with our Sales team to plan, organise, and deliver multiple high-profile events throughout the year. In partnership with the marketing managers.

A key part of your role is driving the creation of essential marketing assets, coordinating everything from website content and compelling case studies to product imagery. You will also need a good eye for detail as you will assist in the measurement and reporting of marketing performance, giving you direct insight and influence over future strategy by turning data into clear insight.

What are the mission-critical skills?

• We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and quickly become an integral part of the team:
• Marketing degree or equivalent experience that demonstrates capability in the role
• Proven experience or a strong understanding of high-level administration and project coordination, with a proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written communication skills and a confident, personable demeanour necessary to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
• Highly organised, a pro at hitting deadlines, and an analytical mindset. You know the difference between data and insight
