Role Overview

We are looking for a
Podcast Producer
who is hungry to build something meaningful. No formal qualifications required what matters most is your drive, creativity, and commitment to helping us scale.

Our podcast currently reaches
17,000 YouTube subscribers
, and we're just getting started. Your mission:

Help us grow to 1 million subscribers within the next 3 years
by increasing episode cadence, elevating production quality, and expanding our reach with short-form content.

This is a
part-time hybrid role
with flexibility in location.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end production of each episode from editing, and publishing and creating short form content.
  • Increase our
    episode cadence
    and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality content
  • Create
    short-form clips
    for YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms to drive audience growth
  • Manage sound quality, recording logistics, and editorial flow
  • Help shape episode topics and storytelling to deliver high-impact, science-driven conversations
  • Maintain publishing schedules and ensure smooth production workflows
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies that accelerate channel growth and engagement

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience with audio/video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Audition, Final Cut, Premiere, Descript)
  • Experience producing long-form or short-form content
  • Understanding of YouTube growth strategies
