About Us:

Tee Tree Print & Embroidery is a growing and dynamic company specialising in high-quality print and embroidery services. Alongside our creative services, we also provide tailored fulfilment and pick & pack solutions for a wide range of clients. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, outstanding customer service, and efficient, reliable delivery.

We are now looking for a Fulfilment & Operations Assistant to join our team full-time and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and customer fulfilment services.

Your Role Will Include (but not limited to):

  • Order picking and packing with precision and efficiency
  • General warehouse organisation, maintenance, and cleanliness
  • Coordinating and dispatching daily shipments
  • Stock checking and inventory management
  • Customer service – answering client queries via email or phone
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth workflows
  • Supporting the production team where needed

What We're Looking For:

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, or customer service role is a bonus but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Basic IT skills (email, order systems, etc.)
