standards, policy, safety, governance or risk
, this role plays directly to your strengths. NEBOSH/IOSH highly valued.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading compliance across safety, quality, environmental and operational areas
  • Keeping the business legally compliant and audit-ready
  • Managing frameworks such as
    ISO 9001
    ,
    ISO 17025
    ,
    COSHH
  • Translating regulations into simple, workable processes
  • Running internal audits and supporting external ones
  • Supporting managers and frontline teams to embed compliance
  • Reporting key risks and improvements to senior leadership
  • Driving a positive, practical compliance culture

Construction or engineering experience is helpful but not essential — training and support available.
