About the Role
Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a company who are looking to recruit an
Estimation Team Leader
to manage and inspire a team of estimators. You'll bridge the gap between sales and design, ensuring every project starts with a clear brief, accurate quotation, and commercially viable solution that meets client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support the team.
- Oversee accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all quotations.
- Collaborate with sales to produce complete briefs and specifications.
- Balance creativity with commercial awareness to ensure profitability.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and team performance.
About You
- Proven experience in estimation within interiors or furniture.
- IT literate within an awareness of CAD an advantage.
- Previous experience of managing, leading or mentoring more junior staff.
- Strong commercial understanding of pricing, margins, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
