Today, we continue to grow and evolve, bringing our heritage and refined aesthetic to London through our two boutiques: one in Mayfair and one on Kings Road, Chelsea.As part of our team, you will have the unique opportunity to work across both locations. Our staff may alternate between stores based on business needs, ensuring consistent service standards and a dynamic, collaborative working environment.

We are excited to welcome new members who share our love for luxury fashion, exceptional customer service, and the spirit of a brand with rich European roots.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional, client-focused service that reflects luxury retail standards.
  • Build strong client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Develop expert product knowledge to support styling and customer needs.
  • Maintain the highest level of store presentation and visual merchandising.
  • Support daily store operations, including stock management and replenishment.
  • Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
  • Adapt between both store locations with professionalism and ease.

Experience

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or premium customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A polished, professional appearance and warm, confident manner.
  • Passion for fashion, styling, and creating elevated customer experiences.
  • Reliability, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work across both boutique locations when needed.
